Jenny is a research & strategy lead who studies how individuals within digital systems and networks operate
With a background in equity-centered design, behavioral psychology, and product development, Jenny is committed to improving the delight, ease, and wellbeing of people’s encounters with services and technology.
Over the past 7+ years of her career, Jenny has led and managed research projects with a wide range of companies and organizations including Facebook, Dalberg Design, the International Rescue Committee, Wayfair, IDEO CoLab, and UNICEF Innovation.
She brings an ethical-minded approach to building products, services, and programs, drawing from a multidisciplinary skillset of mixed-methods research, participatory design, evocative storytelling, and deep listening.
Outside of her research career, she is an avid printmaker. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
