Jenny is a research & strategy lead who studies how individuals within digital systems and networks operate
Jenny applies an equity-centered approach to building products, services, and programs, by applying mixed-methods research, participatory design, evocative storytelling, and deep listening.
Over the past 8+ years of her career, Jenny has led and managed research projects with a wide range of companies and organizations, including Facebook, Google, Dalberg Design, the International Rescue Committee, and Wayfair.
Outside of her research career, she is an avid printmaker. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
